Leslie Ayres Daniel practices in the area of commercial litigation, commercial transactions, banking law, and oil and gas.
Mrs. Daniel is licensed to practice in the states of Louisiana and Texas and all federal courts in Louisiana as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Mrs. Daniel received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Texas in 2002. She obtained a B.A. in English and Southern Studies from the University of Mississippi in 1999, graduating magna cum laude.
She is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, Texas State Bar Association, the Baton Rouge Bar Association, where she chaired the Volunteer Committee in 2004, the Feliciana Bar Association and the Federal Bar Association. Mrs. Daniel is currently the President of the Feliciana Bar Association.
Mrs. Daniel began her legal career at Taylor Porter where she practiced for almost five years. In 2007, Mrs. Daniel became General Counsel for an independent oil company. In 2010, Mrs. Daniel rejoined the firm to continue her legal career.
In 2007, Mrs. Daniel was named one of the Top 40 Under 40 business persons in Baton Rouge by the Baton Rouge Business Report.

Mrs. Daniel serves on the Board of Directors for the Louisiana Capital Area Chapter of the American Red Cross. She was appointed to serve as a member of the St. Francisville Historic District Commission, and is a member of the Women’s Service League of St. Francisville. Mrs. Daniel is a member of Grace Episcopal Church of West Feliciana.
