Since 1997, Ms. Amy Lambert’s practice has centered on litigation in both state and federal courts. She has defended companies and individuals that face personal injury and death claims. She routinely represents companies and individuals in federal and state class action and other complex litigation cases involving commercial disputes, mass tort claims, insurance coverage disputes, regulatory agency issues, and unfair trade practice claims. Ms. Lambert also represents physicians, hospitals and clinics in medical malpractice suits and healthcare commercial litigation cases.

Ms. Lambert graduated from Louisiana State University in 1992 with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and obtained her Juris Doctorate from Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 1996. As a law student, Ms. Lambert served as Editor-in-Chief of the Louisiana Law Review and graduated Order of the Coif. From 1996 to 1997, she was a judicial clerk for the Honorable Frank J. Polozola, Chief Judge, United States District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana. Ms. Lambert has lectured to lawyers, law students and business groups on various topics related to her practice areas.

Ms. Lambert was recently selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America®.  She has been inducted into the LSU Law Center Hall of Fame, and was recognized in 2005 as one of Baton Rouge Business Report's “Top 40 Under 40." She is currently an elected member of the Board of Directors for the Baton Rouge Bar Association. She is Past-President of the Board of Directors of Playmakers of Baton Rouge, a non-profit professional theatre company for young audiences. Ms. Lambert is an active member of St. Aloysius Church Parish, past elected Chairman of the Young Lawyers Council for the Baton Rouge Bar Association, and past member of the Executive Committee of the Wex Malone American Inns of Court.
