Tim Poché has a broad based environmental practice representing clients in the wastewater, petrochemical, transportation and waste industries (among others) in both regulatory matters before administrative agencies and in civil litigation. Mr. Poché counsels clients on regulatory compliance, permitting and enforcement matters and due diligence issues in property transactions and has represented clients in administrative permitting and enforcement proceedings before both State and Federal agencies.
He has also defended clients in complex environmental civil litigation on a variety of claims including Superfund, ground water/soil contamination, property devaluation, nuisance, and work place exposure/personal injury.
Mr. Poché received a B.S. in Geology from Louisiana State University in 1988 and his J.D. from Louisiana State University in 1992. Mr. Poché is admitted to practice in all Louisiana state courts, and the Federal District Courts for the Middle, Eastern, and Western Districts of Louisiana, and the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Poché is Past President of the Louisiana State Bar Association’s Environmental Law Section.
